Okay, first the father can get charged with, battery, child abuse, physical abuse and murder(in the first degree). The child will probably go into therapy and the mother, well, is dead. This is very serious. What the mom should have done is dialed the magic numbers. 911! She wouldn't die and the rat ass mofo would have gotten at least 2 years.
